  • Bamboo skewers


  • purple grapes
  • blueberries
  • kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks
  • pineapple chunks
  • cantaloupe chunks
  • raspberries


  • For each kabob, thread the fruit onto a skewer in rainbow order. Eat right away.
