What We’re Playing: Flip 2B Fit

It can be a challenge to make fitness fun, but Flip 2B fit makes it a little bit easier. The Flip 2B Fit board game and Bakari, a memory game, incorporate fun cardio moves, strengthening exercises, yoga poses and stretches. Before players can advance in the game, they must first do five lunges or repeat cat to cow pose 10 times. Flip 2B Fit is engaging and breaks up physical activity with mental challenges. It’s the perfect game to play inside on a rainy day, for family game night, or any other time you want to get moving.
