National Tortilla Chip Day
Here at ChopChop, we celebrate healthy and delicious food everyday. We love when there’s even more reason to celebrate, with a wacky, fun food holiday. February has many food holidays and ChopChop will be celebrating all month long. We’ll be giving you ideas on ways to celebrate with us and of course, some recipes to try with your family!
February 24 is National Tortilla Chip Day. Make this Avocado and Mango Salsa and scoop it up with some tortilla chips for a great snack. The salsa can also be used in a quesadilla, a salad topping, or even served on top of grains.
