Farmers Markets & The Oilerie

This summer, ChopChop is participating in our local farmers markets. We are having a blast connecting with our readers and meeting new people to talk about the joys of cooking together as a family. We have also been making yummy dressings to share thanks to our friends at Ball Jars and The Oilerie. We have been using a savory olive oil and balsamic vinegar generously donated by The Oilerie to make them.

The Oilerie is a specialty shop in Fish Creek, Wisconsin. Owners Curt and Amy Jo were inspired to bring an exclusive collection of oils and vinegars to the states after seeing bulk olive oil being sold and bottled in small boutiques in Poland. Today you’ll find their little shop bursting with customers excited to find a store devoted to such a collection  The oils are hand selected in Italy and the freshness of each bottle is unbeatable. Check out their website for more information on their wonderful products.
