- Measuring cup
- Spatula or large spoon
Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) can white beans, drained and rinsed with cold water
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Put the white beans, garlic, oil, and lemon juice in the food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until completely smooth.
