Watermelon “Sandwich”

Not all sandwiches have bread. This refreshing summer treat is great for snacking after a long day of playing outside. 

  • 4 thin slices of watermelon, rind removed
  • 4 tablespoons crumbled goat or feta cheese or plain yogurt
  1. Put 2 of the watermelon slices on the plate.
  2. Top each slice with 2 tablespoons of the cheese, then top with a watermelon slice.
  3. Repeat and serve right away.
