Strawberry Agua Fresca
Strawberry Agua Fresca
Agua fresca, which means “fresh water” in Spanish, is a popular fruity drink in Mexico. It’s super-refreshing and requires no cooking at all. You can make it with almost any ripe, juicy fruit, but here we’re using strawberries. For the most flavorful drink, use the reddest, ripest berries you can find.
