1 slice of your favorite cheese

OPTIONS:

Red: tomatoes, red peppers, radishes 
Orange: shredded carrots
Yellow: yellow bell peppers, hummus 
Green: spinach, lettuce, pesto, fresh herbs, cucumbers, avocado, slices green apple
Purple: sliced cabbage or Purple Cabbage Slaw
