Rainbow Kabobs

“Eating the rainbow” helps get you in the habit of eating a full spectrum of fruits and vegetables — and, because different colors are associated with different nutrients, it’s a great way to keep you healthy.

Cutting board
Sharp knife (adult needed)
Bamboo skewers

Ingredients

  purple grapes
  blueberries
  kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks
  pineapple chunks
  cantaloupe chunks
  raspberries

Instructions

Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your equipment and ingredients and put them on a counter.

  1. For each kabob, thread the fruit onto a skewer in rainbow order. Eat right away.
