Nutty Dried Fruit

Sweet, tart, and with a surprising crunch inside—these little treats make a simple, tasty party food or gift. Use all one type of fruit and nut, or a combination. Look for dried “Turkish” or “Mediterranean” apricots, which are whole apricots with a little pocket where the pit was—perfect for stuffing! “California” apricots are more likely to be halves, and harder to stuff.
