No-Cook Raspberry Jam
This recipe is like a magic trick: two ingredients blend together into an amazing fruity spread to top your toast, some peanut butter, or a cup of yogurt.
Food processor (adult needed)
1 cup raspberries
3 dates, pitted
- Put the raspberries and dates in the bowl of the food processor fitted with the metal blade and process until completely blended, stopping from time to time to scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.
- Use right away, or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
