Ingredients
- 1⁄2 teaspoon water
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice or red wine vinegar
- 3⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Put the water, mustard, and lemon juice in the jar, then put the lid on tightly and shake well.
- Take off the lid and add the olive oil. Put the lid back on and shake until the dressing is smooth and all one color.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Store in the refrigerator up to one month.
