Jenny’s Strawberry-Almond Milkshake

Blender (adult needed)
Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your equipment and ingredients and put them on a counter.
- Fill the glass with strawberries. Don’t pack them — just lightly pile them together.
- Pour the milk into the same glass until it’s about 2/3 full, allowing the milk to sneak into whatever gaps remain between the berries.
- Dump the whole thing into a blender, whirl on high for 30 seconds, and pour back into the glass. Serve right away. Perfect every time.
No fresh strawberries? No almond milk? No problem! This is a very forgiving recipe — which means that it can handle all kinds of changes. Use frozen unsweetened strawberries (or cherries or blueberries), and regular milk, if that’s what you’ve got.
