Banana Milk
You’ve probably tasted chocolate milk before, and maybe even strawberry milk, too. But banana milk? We bet that’s a new one for you! It’s cool, refreshing, just a little bit sweet, and a bit thicker than regular milk. Give it a try. We hope you’ll love it as much as we do!

- Cutting board
- Sharp knife (adult needed)
- Blender (adult needed)
- Measuring cup
- Measuring spoons
- 2 drinking glasses
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 banana, sliced and (if you planned ahead) frozen
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in the blender.
- Put the top on tightly. Turn the blender to medium and blend until the mixture is smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Divide the mixture between the 2 glasses and serve right away or store in a thermos or covered in the refrigerator, up to 4 hours.

- 2 tablespoons crushed nuts
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1 date, pitted
- Pinch of ground
- cinnamon or nutmeg
