With so many children and teenagers home from school, now is a great time to learn to cook together. The ChopChop Kids Club newsletter includes an at-home cooking curriculum to support kids’ learning, to help keep them calm and busy, and (bonus!) to put food on the table. The Seasoned newsletter features tips for making cooking easier for older adults, exercises to improve balance and stability, and sometimes a game or two. Don’t worry! We don’t call for anything fancy in either newsletter. We’re mostly focusing on shelf-stable food: cans of beans and tomatoes, frozen vegetables and fruit, pasta, and rice.
